This blog is all about my nearly-organic, nearly-vegan allotment, Plot 129 at Cripley Meadow, Oxford. I've had my plot for four years, and this is the first year I have had the whole area under control and growing the plants I intended to grow!
I'm hoping to record my successes and failures, the wildlife, the weather - things that local gardeners might find useful. I'd love to hear your comments, especially any recommendations of things to grow, updates about pests and organic ways of dealing with them, and good stories about the joy of gardening!
